Customer Reviews
Good prices, but payment options limited
Compared to Beadaholique, Xyzbeads definitely has some fantastic prices, especially on their glass beads – I got a bunch for a project, and the value was great. My one gripe is that their payment options are pretty slim; I wish they'd add more choices besides just PayPal and credit card. It makes me hesitate on bigger orders.
Got my beads quick
Needed some more seed beads and beading wire, so I ordered from Xyzbeads. Everything showed up fast, like way faster than I thought it would. The colors were even better in person. Totally happy with what I got.
Decent value for a first order
I was looking to stock up on some basic jewelry tools and various acrylic beads without spending a fortune. I saw Xyzbeads had a new customer discount mentioned somewhere, so I gave them a try. I picked up a set of pliers, some elastic thread, and a bunch of different colored acrylic beads. The prices were quite good, especially with the discount applied at checkout. It made my overall cost pretty reasonable for everything I got. The quality of the tools feels sturdy enough for what I need, and the beads are as expected. I did have to search a bit for where to apply the discount code, it wasn't super obvious at first, but I found it eventually. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth on this order.
Good selection, shipping could be faster
I recently ordered a bulk lot of glass beads and some jewelry findings like lobster claws and jump rings. The selection was great, I found pretty much everything I needed for my current project, and the prices were competitive. Quality seems good for the price point. My order arrived mostly complete, though one bag of jump rings was a different size than what I ordered. Customer service was responsive when I contacted them about it, and they offered a refund or replacement. My main critique is shipping; it took about a week and a half, which felt a bit long even with free shipping over $199. I understand it's wholesale, but a slightly quicker turnaround would make a difference.

How's the return process if I get some beads that are chipped or just not what I expected? Easy to deal with or a headache?
Hey, thinking of ordering a bunch of stuff for my Etsy shop. Does Xyzbeads ship from the US or is it gonna be like waiting for a slow boat from China?
Is Xyzbeads generally better than like, Beadaholique, for bulk orders? Looking for consistent quality for my business.
Anyone know if their gemstone beads are actually real? Or is it like, glorified glass with fancy names?
Thinking of signing up for their newsletter. Do they actually send out good discounts or is it just spam?
